The table in composite material is covered whilst folded down and kept clean by a surface of teak decking which can be walked on.
The folded table integrates flush with the deck, a growing tendency on cruiser/racers and soon to be adopted on all sailing boats (flush hatches - foldaway fairlead - swivelling bow-pulpit ….)
While manoeuvring, the cockpit remains totally clear, allowing the boat to retain its functional elegance. Alongside the quay or at anchor, access between cabin and stern platform is facilitated, coherent with twin wheels and open stern deck.

With wings folded , the cockpit is easy to cross and an aperitif table with a second height can be formed.

Thanks to its standard dimensions, it fit easily any cockpit.
To accommodate the table thickness when folded down a recess case needs to be made during the construction of the boat.
For existing boats, an aluminium support
box can be installed like a hatch.

The handling of the table is helped by a 316 stainless steel gas spring. |
